A 44 year old man with Ankylosing Spondylitis. Bilat. Total Hip Arthroplasty (x7), left-sided Subtalar fusion, right-sided subtalar ankylosis, minimal spinal involvement. Bilat. 'Hovercraft' feet with arch collapse. Velocity 0.8 m/s.
