48yo diplegic man (no previous surgery), pre and 3/12 post-op simultaneous bilateral Tendo-Achilles lengthening + rectus femoris transfer to gracilis + hamstrings release. Weight 70 kg.
Pre-op: velocity 0.8 m/s, cadence 103 st/min, stride length 0.91 m.
